​Keeping the Blues Alive
Pop Ferguson Blues Heritage Festival VII, will continue its passionate drive to promote, preserve and further the advancement of Blues Music as an art form in America. As we present for the seventh consecutive year presenting world class Blues musician to Lenoir N.C. and the world, on stage in historic downtown Lenoir  June 12&13, 2013.
Even though the Festival continues to be free to the public, there will be three special venue on Friday June 12 that will host a "Up Close and Personal" performances with specially prepared dinners to mach the style of blues and set the mood for your personal experience, all for the low cost of $35.00 included in this cost will be ticket to the "late Night Juke" and festival CD or DVD or Festival t-shirt.
Saturday June 13th 9 am workshops cigar box guitar, Blues Harmonica and blues Violin all in Highland coffee
1pm to 1:40 pm Blues on the Street w/ Smokin Joe Blues band next to Highland Coffee House on Main Street
and The Jacob Johnson Band next to Marvin s one stop record shop on West Avenue Street.
